EXPORTING WITH KNOWLAND

How to export a prospecting list? 
Once you land on the Search Results page, hover over Search Actions in the upper right corner of the page. After you hover over Search Actions, click on Export. This will export up to the first 500 bookings on your prospecting list. For example, if your prospecting list is for 200 accounts and each had only one booking for each account, you would be exporting 200 bookings. Another example, if your prospecting list is for 300 accounts and each account had 5 bookings, the total number of bookings would be 1500 and we would be exporting the first 500 of them. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

How to export the Weekly Comp Set Calendar? 
Once you land on the Weekly Comp Set Calendar, please click on the blue export button and you will generate an excel document that contains information found on the Weekly Comp Set Calendar. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
How to export the Daily Meeting Space Mix? 
Once you land on the Daily Meeting Space Mix, please click on the blue export button and you will generate an excel document that contains information found on the Daily Meeting Space Mix.
 
How to export the Comp-Set Key Account Recap Report? 
Once you click into the Comp-Set Key Account Recap Report, you will be asked to click on the Customize & Export button. Once you click on the Customize & Export button, you will be asked to select two different years to compare data. After you select your two years, please click on the green Export Report button and you will generate the Comp-Set Key Account Recap Report for the specific years that you chose. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
How to export the Knowland Usage Report? 
Once you land on the Knowland Usage Report, please click on the blue export button and you will be asked if you want to generate an excel document or PDF that contains information found on the Knowland Usage Report.
 
How to export your Assigned Accounts?
Once you land on your profile page, please click on the export button to generate an excel document that contains all your assigned accounts. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
How to export all Assigned Accounts for your whole team? 
Once you land on the Assigned Accounts section of the Administration page, please click on the blue export button to generate an excel document that contains all assigned accounts for your whole team.
 
Feature Availability
- Exporting is included for clients on Unlimited Markets and Single + Competitive Markets.
- Single Market clients do not have access to all exports listed above, limitations apply.
